Please read these terms and conditions before using the services. These are the rules and conditions that apply to the services. Please do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms and conditions. We welcome you to use services after agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

Any games, mobile applications and their related services are owned and operated by e2 game studio (“Company”, “Us”, “We” or “Our”). Access and use of Services are subject to the following terms and conditions. The terms serve as a legal agreement between User (“You”) and e2 software studio.

By downloading or using any of the services of e2 software studio including any links leading to our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions(“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them or you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. In these Terms, “you” refers to Users of the Services. By downloading and using our services, you represent and warrant that you are an Adult, and that you will be responsible for ensuring that any child or student authorized by you to use and access the Services does so in accordance with these Terms.

These terms are intended for all the users of our Services.

1- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms from time to time. We update those changes accordingly and state the Last Updated Date. By using our Services, you accept such changes and modification.

2- ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS & LOGIN INFORMATION

If you become a member to any of the Services and are not logging in through any third-party service, it is your responsibility to keep your information safe. Your login details including username, password, email address and required other information are your responsibility to keep them confidential. Any other activities you carry out under your account is also in your responsibility. Changing your password regularly and not using the same password for other online activities are recommended.

Please note that you also agree not to share your account details to someone else or any other third-party. Thus, we reserve the right to suspend, terminate or discontinue the Services for your account without notice or any obligation to you if we believe and detect that your account is used by more than one person or by a third-party. If you detect any unauthorized use of your information and account, you should contact us from info@e2gamestudio.com. In that case, we may need to verify your identity to validate your account.

Please be aware of other Services which may pretend to be us or related to us.

3- SERVICES & CONTENT USE RESTRICTIONS

By reading and accepting these terms, you agree that you will not engage in any activities that attempt to or do harm to us, namely any of the Services we provide.

You agree that you will act accordingly to the “Restrictions” below and not include comments, post anything, transmit any data including text,message, visual or file about our Services or about other people and users that we regard as ;

-unlawful and encouraging any illegal any illegal activity or discussion,

-false, inaccurate, misleading and impersonating as any person or entity,

-offensive, sexist, racist, obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or abusive language or visuals.

-personal attack to someone or the Services,

-any kind of cheating,

-promoting money for yourself or any other third-party for business,

-deleting any warrants or legal notices such as copyrights or trademarks and change any logos or visuals you do not possess or have a right to modify.

-any kind of destructive acts including spamming, trolling etc.

-containing virus or other ill component that would be harmful to the Services,

-violating any right of a third-party including copyright,patent,trademark,privacy or any other confidential information

-violating any right of an individual including privacy and personal information.

-any other activity that does not go with or conflict with the aim of the Services.

If we believe that you have not acted accordingly to the “Restrictions” or violated any of the “Restrictions” we reserve the right to suspend, terminate or discontinue the Services for your account without notice or any obligation to you. We also are entitled to remove any Virtual Items from your account in that case. If you encounter any user violating these “Restrictions”, please contact us from info@e2gamestudio.com.

Nevertheless, we are not responsible for the behavior or compliance of other users. You and other users are responsible for your own acts.

We are entitled to remove, delete or refuse any activity or material that we regard as a violation to our “Restrictions” and take a legal action and take it up to law enforcement officials. We reserve the right to comply with law enforcement officials about identifying any user that violates our “Restrictions” or the law.

4- OWNERSHIP & USER CONTENT

All of the Services including games and applications, and their content, including any data or functionalities of it (including past, present and future versions) , trademarks, copyright and patents are owned and controlled by e2 game studio.

Any content meaning any text, graphics, user interfaces, computer codes, logos and sounds etc. belong to our products and Services.

Users or any other third-party are not allowed to use any of the content and information of Services and modify or reverse-engineer.

You agree that some of the Services allows you to personalize your User Content including username,avatar or lets you make a contact with other users via posts,messages,images,texts or other activities that are seen by others.

By creating or posting or submitting User Content through our Services, you agree that you do so by accepting the necessary consents and that we can use, modify or adapt it. You also agree that by creating or posting such User Content as part of our Services does not cause us to violate the rights of any third party. Therefore, please make sure that you do not create or post any content that may violate any third party rights. Otherwise, we reserve the right to remove or delete related content. If you violate any point regarding user content, you will be liable to compensate for any damages we have incurred.

5- LIMITATIONS of LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or continuous at all times. We reserve the right to make changes at any time due to maintenance and technical failures, and declare that there may be malfunctions.

Services may be temporarily or permanently unavailable and any loss resulting from this situation is not under our responsibility.

We and any third party cannot be held responsible for:

- Temporary-Persistent connection loss;

-Damage or loss to the device related to user usage

-Loss or sadness caused by another user

- loss or damage that we caused, but you could not anticipate or expect, if you breach the terms;

-Any loss that is indirect or a side effect of the main loss or damage that you and you cannot predict when you start using the Services;

Unforeseen damages and losses if the Services are not provided to you or are interrupted or suspended or if we fail to comply with the Terms due to events beyond our control,

In no way we are liable for death or personal injury or fraud resulting from negligence.

All Services are provided 'as is' and as they appear. No additional promises or guarantees are made for any of them. Under no circumstances will our Services be responsible for your use of Services. You are responsible for the personal use of the Services we provide.

We can change the services at any time depending on our situation. In addition, we may offer different features or promotions on our Services to different users, which may result in you not having the same service experience as other users.

We take the necessary actions to improve our services with virus-free software. However, you acknowledge that your own device is your responsibility. It is recommended to use an antivirus program.

6- APP STORE & IN-APP PURCHASES

By downloading our apps and related Services from the related app store, you also agree to their terms in addition to our Terms of Use. Reading those terms are recommended as well.

By downloading our apps and related Services, you agree that there might be push notifications. You may be able to accept or turn them off from the menu if provided such feature.

If you are to purchase any item through an app and Services, terms and conditions of in-app purchases will apply and you hereby agree to those terms and conditions.

You also acknowlegde that any kind of transaction is managed by the related app store and you should contact the provider app store if there are to be any issues related to payment of in-app purchases.

7- THIRD PARTY LINKS & THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING

On some pages, you may come across links to third party websites, advertisements or content. These links are links provided by third parties.

We are not deemed to have endorsed and are not liable for any third party links and content provided on our services.

We are not responsible for the action of your visiting these content or links, and for any data exchange or issue that may occur in this case.

It is recommended that you review the privacy and terms of use policies when visiting the third party link. All responsibility for your visit belongs to you.

You may encounter advertisements provided by third parties on some pages. We do not have the responsibility or control of these advertisements. If there is ad content that you find inappropriate, you can contact us at info@e2gamestudio.com. We can investigate the subject. However, we do not accept any responsibility for the subject.

You will be interested in the relevant advertising company in the ads you click. We do not accept any responsibility for any situation that may arise regarding your ad visit. You agree that your ad visit actions are entirely your responsibility.

If you believe that any of your content is included in a Service and violates your rights, you can contact us to investigate.

By downloading any of our apps and using our services, you are legally accepting all terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms, you should not access our services.

8- LEGAL TERMS

Our apps and related Services are provided for personal use, not commercial use.

The terms of use apply to you and cannot be assigned or transferred to another person or institution.

If there is a change in the conditions that is deemed invalid by law, we have the right to edit and if it is invalid, we have the right to delete.

This situation does not affect the rest.

If we postpone any of our rights due to change, this will not affect our subsequent exercise.

A person not included in the terms of use has no rights.

9- ELIGIBILTY & AGE RESTRICTIONS

Registration or membership may be required for some of our applications and related Services. In these cases, there may be an age limit of 13.

To be a member or use of any of our Services, you must be the family or guardian of a child under the age of 13. In such use, you accept full responsibility for any consequences. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to such negligence, neither we nor any third-party content provider or their respective agents will be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from such use.

There might be apps and Services intented for kids. By using our Services and apps for children under the age of 13, you agree that you are a parent or have your parent's or guardian's permission to access and use our services.

Supervision and use actions are entirely your responsibility for all age-restricted and non-rated applications. e2 game studio does not accept any responsibility for use that is not in accordance with the specified age range.

Virtual Items Terms and Conditions

We recommend that you carefully read these terms and conditions ("Virtual Items Terms") before purchasing a virtual item within our apps.

Virtual items are referred to as perks, upgrades, unlockable items, cosmetics, skins, game features, or coins, cash, tokens or other in-game currency ("Tokens").

All these will be referred to generally as Virtual Items in the terms.

By purchasing any Virtual Items directly or indirectly, you agree to these Virtual Items Terms. These Virtual Items Terms are in addition to the Terms.

Some of our apps and services may have more than one Virtual item.

All virtual items can only be used in-game.

You acknowledge that some additional functions within the game may be accessed via virtual items.

Virtual items can also be earned by us through advertising or campaigns.

Some of our games may allow you to purchase virtual items. Temporary campaigns and offers can be found.

Additional terms and conditions may apply when purchasing Virtual Items from any of our Games. In addition to these Virtual Items Terms, you may be required to accept the related app store provider's own terms and conditions. We recommend that you read the app store terms carefully.

We do not allow third parties to give or sell Virtual Items outside of our Games. Therefore, by playing our games, you agree not to purchase and use Virtual Items from such third parties. All unauthorized Virtual Items you have purchased can be lost at any time. You can buy virtual items if you are over the age of 18, or if you are under 18, with real money from your parent or guardian.

If you have problems while purchasing virtual items, you can contact us.

When purchasing a Virtual Item or package of your choice, your payment will be processed through the relevant app store and additional app store terms and conditions may apply.

Prices are as stated. Occasional errors are possible. Tax may or may not be included. The prices of Virtual Items may change before you buy them. We reserve the right to change the price.

Payment methods and options on the payment screen you are directed to can be changed at our discretion.

You can proceed with the option that suits you, by doing this, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In order to proceed, you will be asked for some necessary information.

If you are paying by credit card, we will not be responsible for problems with your bank, if your bank does not authorize it, we will not accept the order and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason.

We are not responsible for the fees charged by your card issuer to you.

Make sure that the payment information you have provided is correct.

You can place your order at any time. By doing so, you agree to be bound by the Virtual Items Terms, to pay at the specified price, the method of payment, and to authorize us to collect the amount. After receiving your confirmation, the Virtual Items you have ordered will be assigned to the account you are logging with. It is your responsibility to log in with the correct account you want assigned. We do not manage the payments, but the related app store does. For this reason, you agree that if you have a problem with payment, you need to contact the relevant app store.

If there is any coin or other element provided in the game, you can use it in the game as permitted. In this case, the relevant number of coins or elements is automatically deducted.

Virtual Items may differ between games or countries. We can remove or replace these items at any time without obligation to provide information. We are not obliged to continue or provide continuously.

By purchasing virtual items, you agree not to take the following actions:

- Not sharing virtual items between accounts,

- Not transferring virtual items between accounts

- Trying to use virtual items illegally between accounts.

- Using virtual items for accounts other than one account even if the user has more than one account,

-Transfer or transfer your Account or Virtual Item to someone else,

Please note that we reserve the right to limit the use of virtual items completely or to time limit.

You acknowledge that Virtual Items do not constitute any personal property and coins are not legitimate currencies.

Virtual Items purchased cannot be returned. There is no interest payment or earning situation on any balance.

You acknowledge that we have the right to modify, cease, terminate and withdraw virtual items.

By purchasing a virtual item, you agree that it will be transferred to your account. When you confirm the purchase, you do not have the right to cancel within 14 days because of your consent.

If you are unable to verify the information you have provided, we suspect that there is a fraud, fraud or illegal activity related to your use of Virtual Items in your account, if you violate these terms or payment terms, and your account is not active for 2 years, we may temporarily or permanently ban your account and virtual items. In such event, you agree that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation.

You may not be able to see it in your account right after you pay for virtual items.

It can take 48 hours at peak times.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for ensuring that your account does not have any unauthorized purchases.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized purchases. (including fraudulent purchases or purchases made by minors). Please contact your bank or the relevant application store for the refund of such purchases.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any loss or damage and that we are not responsible for a refund for Virtual Items. We cannot be held liable for damages, unauthorized purchases, progress on your account or virtual item loss resulting from your violation of the terms.

In addition; we are not responsible for any loss or purchase through clicking by mistake.

You hereby agree that we are not responsible for any loss or virtual item loss that may occur when we withdraw or finish any service, any material and moral damage or side effects that may occur due to the main loss.

If Virtual Items are interrupted or suspended due to events beyond our control (such as accident, natural event, formal or informal business disputes, strikes), if Virtual Items are not available to you, and we fail to comply with the Virtual Item Terms of Use, you agree that we cannot be held liable for any material or moral loss.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between User and Us.

These Terms may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s).
